Holiday entitlement will depend on contractual wording, but under the Working Time Regulations 1998, all full time workers are entitled to a minimum of 28 days paid holiday leave per year.  This section will deal with Basic Holiday Entitlements, Public Holidays, Calculations of Holiday Entitlement for full and part time workers and Holiday pay.  It will also give advice on managing holidays, illness during holiday and carrying over any holiday entitlement.
