CDM : Health and Safety File

The 'Health and Safety File' is the responsibility of the CDM co-ordinator and he must prepare one where none exists, or otherwise review and update any existing health and safety file containing information relating to the project which is likely to be needed during subsequent construction work, and at the end of the construction phase, pass the health and safety file to the client.
